Jaggery - 200gm
Dry Ginger Powder - 1tsp
Roasted Cumin Powder - 1tbsp
Black Pepper Powder - ½tsp
Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder - 1tbsp
Black Salt - 1tsp
Salt - ½tsp
FOR TAGDA :-
White Peas - 250gm Soaked
Salt to taste
Turmeric Powder - ½tsp
Bayleaf - 1
Cloves - 2
Cinnamon Stick - ½inch
Asafoetida - ¼tsp
Ginger - ½inch grated
Fresh Coriender Leaves
Water as required
FOR RAGDA SPICES :-
Coriander Seeds - 1tbsp
Fennel Seeds - ½tsp
Cumin Seeds - 1tsp
Black Pepper - 10/12
Carom Seeds - ½tsp
Dry Red Chilli - 3
Chaat Masala Powder - ½tsp
Black Salt - ½tsp
FOR PATTICES :-
Boiled Potatoes - 6
Rice Flour - 3tbsp
Green Chilli - 1tbsp chopped
Salt to taste
Roasted Cumin Powder - ½tsp
Fresh Coriender Leaves
Oil for fry
