This is similar to the Ragi malt recipe. It can be made instantly and it tastes very good. The sprouting and addition of nuts makes it nutritious.
Please select mature Ragi for this. Roast the Ragi till fragrant and crunchy. Choose fresh nuts. Otherwise it might turn bitter.
If the
* Ragi you took was immature, or
* Ragi was not roasted properly or
* If mixie blades are not sharp or
* you grind the Ragi much later than it is roasted and cooled,
