@@Dr.preethi. I don't have to lose weight , I've to gain weight and one is not enough for me. Even for weight loss, people who eat less will be hungry always and then eat junk food. Instead we need nutritious food which fills our stomach for weight loss also. So don't give such suggestions to overweight people, it will harm them with lack of nutrition. Eating less doesn't result in weight loss , it results in people being hospitalised with vertigo. Eating weight reducing foods ( stomach full ) like millets , protein , fruits etc results in weight loss. My friends lost weight this way in healthy lifestyle eating fully but the right foods , not junk. If you say eat less for junk , it's valid , but don't say it for normal food even to people you know.

@@Dr.preethi. also you are assuming family will always be one person 😆 even if one roti is for one person according to you , my question remains how will she prepare another one on hot tava ?
