So on Monday, May 27th, I went up to Stone lake, WI to see some CN action on CN’s Superior sub main. When we got to the South end of Stone Lake yard, the signal at MP 389.0 just North of state hwy 70, was showing an Advance Approach, (Flashing yellow over red). The signal improved to clear after about 10 minutes. The Southbound rolled by me at MP 389.05. About 15 minutes later, the L564 showed up to pick up a CN SD60 sitting on one of the yard tracks. While the train was doing work, we went down to Hauer, WI, or Big Foot siding, on County hwy F. A train meet was set up to happen. Southbound L564 would pull into the siding to wait for the Northbound. After the meet, I went back to Stone Lake to catch one last train before finally heading back to Birchwood.
