Dad and I went out to Rosenberg to catch the Santa Fe F-Unit special and we met several KZitem friends. Although I couldn't stay very long, and I missed a super-rare TFM SW1500, we saw some cool finds, including a strange KCS mid-helper, a patched SP unit, and a bluebonnet BNSF geep!
0:08 - A KCS freight with an EMD lashup scares a cat and moves by us.

1:05 - Right after the KCS, a short BNSF autorack with two very clean Dash-9's catches us off-guard.
BNSF C44-9W #4024
BNSF C44-9W #4013
2:22 - After waiting on the first KCS train, another one starts up and crawls by. There was a mid-helper at the end, but there was only one car after it!!

6:52 / 8:22 - Awesome! The F-Units pulled in and made for some nice shots! I was surprised and that they put a BNSF GEVO on the other end, disappointingly making it lead when it came back.

12:16 / 13:56 - After about two hours of nothing, the F-Units return with the GEVO leading. The train came and left WAY too early, making a few families disappointed! You can't just LEAVE EARLY because people will miss it!
15:31 - After the F-Units crossed the diamond, a UP rock train started up. It put on a horn show and had a patched SP AC4400 trailing!

UP AC44CWCTE #5923
UP SD70M #5106
20:43 - We drove through the Houston IAH Airport to get back home. Nearby, a hard-to-see UP grain train sits around.
UP C45ACCTE #????
21:29 - Yikes! A metal plate from the back of a car fell out and skidded on the highway in front of us!!
21:37 - Driving under a United 787 Dreamliner airplane!
