Good vid! Sweet to see you not shy away from rain.....but Tim Kreitz Adventures is right...I hate the cleaning that HAS to be done after!!

***** and Tim Kreitz Adventures , don't get me wrong, I will clean the bike. But after a few days in the rain, it is amazing, it does not look that bad. But when I wash it dirt will start coming out of everywhere. I actually treat Audrey to a wax, Plexus and glass cleaning treatment after the rain. Oil change due soon, too.

Yes, I've noticed that some bikes do a really good job of deflecting the grimy street water away from themselves. My 2000 ZX-6R and 2003 ZX-7R were also surprisingly clean-looking bikes after getting caught in the rain. My two current bikes, though, not so much. LOL.

I would be a lot happier in the rain if I could split too. Dang it Texas!!!

It could happen someday. I read Virginia was trying to allow it there.

I like the idea of the outdoor superhero. Cant really think of any good names..... super sportsman? Not creative enough. As far as superheros whos names werent an obvious reflection of their ability all I could think of was Booster Gold from DC JL. But he was from the future so....... Mr Rogers was great to watch back back in the day, now its really creepy. And I never got the Barney thing. Even though it's directed at kids... still don't get it. That would gimme nightmares I think. After my Rider in the Storm video, I learned to ride in the rain. Got caught in a hail/rain storm that forced me to find refuge for about an hour. Still awesome little adventure though. Cool Video man. Have a great Christmas.

I love your "Rider in the Storm" video. Adventure riding is not about what kind of bike you have, it is about the riding you do. Your cruiser looked great in the video and you painted a nice picture of what happened.

I don't like to splint lanes when it's raining. Those round reflectors are way to slippery for my liking.

You're pretty good at looking on the bright side. Splitting on a SoCal freeway in the rain = grumpy CNCycle.

Riding in rain sucks, because cars see you less. But, it is experience that every rider needs. Ride safe bro!

As usual - entertaining, but sorry that you got rain on the way. Liked.

Lane splitting wouldn't work here in AZ, people get territorial about the space that extends 5' in all directions of their cars, unless they're cutting you off of course! Great vlog, way to stay up-beat even in the rain B-)

Rain rain go away. Come again from the hours of 12:00am - 4:00am so that we can ride on clean streets.

White lines definitely very slippery, I pulled up once in the rain and put my foot down to hold the bike up. My foot slipped straight of the line. Yeah forget about Barney, he don't ride motorcycles lol

Yikes, did you manage to keep the bike up after slipping?
@SupaNautica

yes but only just. It was on the side of the road, on a rural road, so it is sort of like new lines. Probably not as bad on busy roads? who knows

Thanks. I have one for my helmet and it is too much of a pain for me. I can't get it to seat well enough to be able to wash it without taking it apart. Maybe I need to adjust the pins to get it to work right.

I used to ride in the rail all the time on my first bike (07 Suzuki gs500f) it's not that bad only people who haven't had any or little experience would think that but nice vlog are you using a gopro or drift or something different?
@2WheelLifestyle

I am using a Contour +2. It is water resistant so there is no need to use the plastic shell like the GoPro. They make one, but only divers need to use it.

So with all this rainy commuting you've been doing lately, I can't help but be curious about how disgusting your bike must be right now. Being an OCD clean freak, I cringe at the thought of all that grime! LOL!
@2WheelLifestyle

Hahaha, I think I have anti-OCD. I love asymmetry, chaos, randomness, up to a point anyway. You probably hate the asymmetric styling of the BMW S1000RR. Once I know someone is OCD, I point out that even the side fairings on that bike don't match left and right.
