This is our 3rd time at Rainbow beach and each time we have had bad weather. But needless to say, the star gazing here has been the best so far. You can't really complain with $7 per night per person to camp and at such a beautiful place with many thing to do and explore such as Poona lake, Carlo Sand Blow, Double Island Point, Fishing, Fresh water creek, Freshwater track and more.
From Rainbow we went to Sublime brewery to get away from the winds but also to stay close to Tin Can Bay to do the Dolphin feeding and visit Cooloola Berries. We weren't able to pick our own berries but that was fine. The place still had an incredible vibe, so nice that we stayed there for nearly 5 hrs. Oaklee played so nicely with the other kids there which gave Brooke and I so much peace.

I have created a breathwork & meditation app to assist in our mission to get back to being. It has helped me with so much with my mental health to the point where I now do breathwork every single day. I believe it can help you too.
There is a 7 day free trial if you want to give breathwork a try. Available on the apple and google play store - Back 2 being
