Do you want a super easy bake for your Pride celebration?
Last year, I shared my technique for getting the perfect rainbow inlay on top of your brownie batter. Previously, I did this by using dyed blondie batter. But what if you don’t want a whole batch of blondies too? This year I have a recipe for you to use on top of your fudge brownies!
INGREDIENTS
57g melted butter
110g sugar
1 large egg
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking powder
70g flour
Add the sugar into the melted butter and stir until dissolved. Set aside.
Beat together the egg, salt, and baking powder. Add the melted butter and sugar mixture and beat until well combined.
Fold in the flour.
Weigh the batter and divide into 6 equal portions. Dye each a different color.
-Pipe this batter across the top of your raw brownie batter in straight lines and then drag a toothpick through your colored batter to marble it into your brownies.
And there you have it! A batch of brownies with a topping that should bake right in! Let me know if you try it!
These brownies are part of my DAILY Pride series for the month of June. FOLLOW ME for a new creation each day this month!
