We've also jumped on the MW Shelter G bandwagon! We've been eyeing it for a long time, and we finally got our hands on it!
Unexpectedly, this tent couldn't escape the curse of the new tent. The rain this time was really heavy, pouring for over 4 hours.
Fortunately, the campsite we chose had a gravel surface, which drained quickly and prevented any major flooding.
We were initially worried that the cotton tent might leak due to the heavy rain, but it turned out we were overly concerned.
The top fabric is made of TPU material, and the top fabric of the GH model is even larger, so the rainwater doesn't stay on the tent for too long. It seems to have passed the test of heavy rain pressure.
The campsite we stayed at this time was Hyouno Grass Hall, a very popular small campground. The owner is super nice, and all the holiday weekends until September are already fully booked.
