Yaki Udon
Ingredients:
A:
Udon
Shoyu
Chikuwa
Negi (scallions)
Dry shrimp
Cabbage (Cabbage)
Carrot (Carrot)
B:
Katsuo Bushi (Dried Bonito)
How to make:
Mix all ingredients A into a frying pan. Remove from heat when it tastes good enough, then sprinkle on the katsuo bushi topping.
