Chloe Brennan lifting the Dinnie stones was probably the feat of the Arnold strongman this year. 140lbs lifting 732lbs. Smallest and lightest lifter attempting the weight.

For those unaware, that snatch-grip, stiff-leg, deficit deadlift that Klokov did in the last clip there was 250 kilograms. Let that sink in. It was more like a standing back extension than an actual deadlift.

Yes range of motion is good but remember folks. If the weight is too heavy it might hurt your joints or completely ruin them in the long run. So even tho it might sound stupid DON'T do full range of motion unless you are comfortable with the weight

reminder that the event licis won the entire ASC on was a stone lifting event with a really hard to figure out shape it wasnt about the weight it was about how hard it is to figure out how to lift the weight correctly due to the unusual shape. and his long time friend and coach owns that stone so had practice way before the other guys in an event that practice was pretty much the key factor
