Last year I started making hoshigaki and this fall is my second year making it. So I think Hoshigaki will become my image of fall. Maybe you can make a video about Hoshigaki? Or how to make Japanese vinegar 😊 Also Kokuto whip cream on top of coffee or hot chocolate 😊

Oh you love hoshigaki! It’s one of the healthy & natural snack in Japan. Just the other day, I passed by a family making dried persimmons on their balcony. It's autumn♪ Japanese vinegar recipe sounds a bit challenging to me but Kokuto whip cream sounds delicious!
