My favourite memory of RuneScape as a kid was doing Monkey Madness with my friend and my Dad in his flat trying to get past the big Gorillas. There was someone training on one in a safe spot. While trying to get past one of them it pulled the other gorilla out and it killed the guy. Next minute there is a whip on the floor and all three of us lost our minds. The next two minutes was just pure panic and arguing trying to get the whip. We died and we didn't talk for about an hour. Good times.

I admit, i like Elemental Workshop 1 and 2. Not because 1 and 2 were good, but the premise, and potential for good future rewards after E.W.2 (Cough not the actual 3 and 4) Like, its this secret, forgotten, underground facility, where magic and smithing were being experimented with together, as well as things relating to your very being. Dealing with the base 4 elements to create the magical smithable material, and then imbibing it with the essence of YOUR MIND, and teased, Body, and then in rs3 they went for chaos and cosmic. Personally, I'dve chosen more things relating to the player itself. So, Mind, Body, Astral, Death, Blood, Soul, Wrath. Id ABSOLUTELY play a continuation of the quest that lets you effectively make a full set of elemental + equipment. Helm, cape, shield, body, legs, boots, gloves, weapon. Even if it was a 9 string of quests, (ele, mind, body, astral, death, blood, soul, wrath, final) To end up making full sets of each element/aspect, last quest being an improved version of the set being allowed to be made so lower tiers wouldnt be garbage, I feel like itd be a fantastic way to have neat niche effects for having the full sets each. Obviously all related to the rune that they are corresponding to, and heck maybe make elemental as a set make you take less damage from things based on Earth, Fire, Water, and Air. idk. its just. there was so much POTENTIAL. Aaaa :(

I'm glad there are people who love the Temple Knight quest line. It's definitely 100% nostalgia for me, for all the same reasons - being a stupid 10 year old kid, spending most of my time in Falador, then shortly after I get membership, they introduce quests where I can be a White Knight? SIGN ME UP. It's like the one and only time ever that it's legitimately cool to be a white knight online

just resubscribed to runescape for the first time in years and did song of the elves yesterday, absolute banger end to a banger quest series, and seeing prif for the first time after dreaming about going there as a kid really hits

I think the Dorgeshuun quest series would in fact be S with the addition of Chosen Commander. Having Bandos himself as the eleventh hour antagonist is such a fucking brilliant idea after they've been building up this malevolent, almost biblical deity for so long.

I half expected the cat series to come out of nowhere only for J1mmy to create a poop tier below F because of Rat Catchers

Lmao, at the 12 minute mark when Jim's talking about needing to log out of RS to check Zybez out to log back into RS, because RS had like a 30 second log out timer 😂, I felt that

I would love for jagex to take a year or two develping endings to a lot of the unfinished questlines but i find the main issue is the fact that people would vote no in the polls i feel like

The puzzle room in the Fremenik Trials was actually my favorite part of all of Runescape. I loved the jug and bucket puzzle and then I saw it in Die Hard 2 and was like "I could do that, Runescape taught me this"

When i think of the Red Axe series, i think back to the RS3 Dragon Warhammer and how it essentially has a requirement of 60 Attack, 85 Strength, 80 mining, and 82 smithing to wield since it needs the quest to be completed to use it...and it doesn't have a special attack. Just a T60 crush weapon.

Surprised that the karamja jungle quests don't fall under a storyline as such, also a guilds section would be nice as the guild quests are iconic

Anyone playing osrs. I highly reccomend downloading runelite and downloading the plugin for quest guides where it highlights where you have to go for each step, includes everything you need, safespots and any other info you may need to know. For anyone that hates jumping back and fourth between the web and runescape and wants more immersion or an 'easy' mode for quests, this is about as good as it gets.

The best part of this video is reflecting on how the internet used to be. Zybez was the Bible and me and about 6 people I know pronounced it zee-bice. There was no KZitem or anything to tell us we were wrong didn’t know until this day.

A lot of these quest lines got finished or extended in pre-EOC. Makes me sad that they change a lot of the lore from then when they continue the quest lines now for OSRS. I miss 2008 style while Guthix sleeps.
