Remember he's in a dream- he's been asleep for a very long time- it's a loop. IMO This is my favorite song of the Trilogy- Ronnie worries that that addiction ( Ronnie's mom was/is a drug addict and abandoned him) is hereditary and he passed it on to his daughter.

He just released a new vid yesterday with Jelly Roll. It's definitely another reinvention of what he can do (which is basically everything lol). I think you'd enjoy that one.

You are spot on with his fans outlook. He has a song called fair weather fans off his rap album from Bout 10 years ago pretty saying so much and criticizing them.

Recommendations incoming ... The Drug in Me is You (original 1st, then Reimagined version). Either do both in one video or if you want to release in 2 separate videos, at least react to them back to back. Then do the same with I'm Not a Vampire (original, then Revamped version). Then Zombified and Voices in My Head. Then he just dropped a brand new one with Jelly Roll called All My Life. Have fun and enjoy the ride! 😅

Oh, and I almost forgot their cover of Gansta's Paradise. Maybe do that after the Reimagined/Revamped ones. And I don't think you've done the live version of Watch the World Burn yet, so I definitely recommend that as well. It might possibly be even better than the video lol

The other guy in the video was Corey Taylor, singer of Slipknot and Stone Sour plus he has solo stuff. You should check out my favorite Slipknot song, Snuff. There's the original version from Slipknot and the live acoustic version by Corey alone. Corey Taylor is another amazing artist and has done some amazing collabs with people like Tech N9ne.

His mom was a drug addict and abandoned him. His dad was also an addict and didn’t get clean until Ronnie was 16. Then his dad became a born again Christian and I guess that, in a way, probably helped Ronnie when he finally got out of prison and got his shitstorm of behavior out of the way that comes from being traumatized. He went to prison after an arranged fight for his friend and former band member in Escape the Fate. The other guys showed up armed, one of them pulled a gun, and someone with Ronnie shot and killed the guy. Ronnie was charged with battery for some reason but also had brass knuckles, yet I don’t think there was evidence he ever threw a punch. So he got put on probation for that, he absconded from it because he was on heroin, and then he had to go to prison. My hope is that Ronnie has a fourth element to this series in the upcoming album. We have three more unreleased tracks so who knows.

I love your reactions man. Very genuine. Ronnie said once on twitch that the Falling In Reverse name is spiritual in meaning. I think what he means by God not being real is the god most of us believe in and that if the beliefs were true, we would be free from pain. But it's up to us to free ourselves and understand our pain, to have a deeper understanding of everything.

Drugs doesn’t have to be actual drugs. Social Media is a drug.

As someone who has been addicted to an opiate, you really are numbed emotionally moreso than physically. The first thing that happens when you quit, and the physical symptoms die down, is the emotions hit. The pain, the happiness, the intrigue, the sorrow, all of it comes flooding back. So what he is saying is that in order to truly feel happiness, you also have to feel pain. You can’t have one without the other and heroin kills all of it regardless.

Ronnie is visceral. I hate that people dislike him because he wears his heart on his sleeves and you never get music like that anymore, or maybe rarely ever. You can tell that it’s not acting, it’s not just a performance, he goes to that place of pain to record or to shoot and you can feel it. You see it and can tell it’s not an act and that emotional response you get it to someone obviously in pain. But then you get happy cheery songs, you get rap, you get diss tracks, and now we get country. So it all evens out.

I❤ur reaction 2 this video. When he says "everybody's on drugs" he doesn't just mean actual drugs, he refers 2 anything u could get addicted 2. Yeah Ronnie kills the addictive side of him & FUN FACT; Corey Taylor (front man 4 Slipknot & Stone Sour) did this feature 4 free. Yeah ur right his mom abandoned him when he was 8mths old & his older brother he eventually 4gave her & he did meet her (actually there's a pic of him & his mom at 1 of their shows on his channel). The part where he breaks down is his fear that he may have passed down his addictive disposition 2 his daughter Willow. At the end shows that it's an endless loop, Willow grounds & motivates him 2 continue moving 4ward.

I am an Arheist. Have been that way since I was four and someone tried to convince me the story of the Whale and Jonah or whoever was true. I don’t know why but that got me. From then on I couldn’t unsee what I had seen. In terms of being free, I assume that could mean multiple things but I really believe that is in relation to being free from addiction and the pain that brings.

I think Ronnie's struggle comes from the death of his brother and Derek Jones the other founder of Falling in Reverse. I think thats why he questions God. The man is a complicated genius.

Great reaction. If you want to know more about his family drama, please check out Ronnie Radke "Brother" (NOT "Brother" from Falling in Reverse, although that's a great one, too). I don't know if it will get you many views, so maybe you can combine it with a Falling in Reverse reaction. And of course you really need to see their new release "All my life". Ronnie has openly denounced Christianity and religion. Some things say it's due to the church's treatment of the LGBT community which he posted about on X (twitter). Others cite it's because his father who was also an addict is a member of a Christian biker gang. Either way he's not a fan of hypocrisy overall.
