I'm sure somebody else has already explained it, but Rob Halford is a classically trained opera singer and is considered by many to be the best metal vocalist ever. This is always been my favorite Priest song and one of my favorite songs overall. One of the highlights of my life and quite possibly my pinnacle concert moment was hearing this song done live when these guys Headlined for Hatebreed and Slayer. Absolutely amazing experience.

Check out their Fuel for Life tour. Any videos from that are gonna be amazing, but i recommend "Out in the Cold," "Heading Out to the Highway," and "Locked In." It'll blow your ass away. They were really great then. Their sound had evolved a lot from "Victim of Changes," but they hadn't quite reached what I consider their "final form," which was "Painkiller." These guys were constantly making changes to their sound. For the most part, it's safe to say they got faster, and heavier. I'd also like to recommend a couple bonus tracks that I think are great, but I don't think they get enough attention. "Thunder Road," and "Living Bad Dreams."

I mean, I've heard bits and pieces over the years so I've always known how impressive Rob Halford's vocals are, but I've never really took the time to listen to their songs. HUGE kudos to you for doing the studio version first instead of a live performance, like most people seem to request. In my opinion it's almost always best to do studio versions first. That's the one that the band painstakingly produced to sound exactly the way they want it to. In the case of this amazing song (my absolute favorite of theirs) you get the guitars bouncing back and forth in your headphones and the almost psychedelic breakdown part is crystal clear. You don't usually get the perfect version with a live performance. Loving your channel dude, keep it up!!!
