Well I finally managed to track down this room using my Jessica Fletcher skills haha! This is in the same place as the 70's Trent Ware cistern/80's RV Coronet washdown pan, and 70's Royal Doulton 'Ashdown' washdown set.
We have a gorgeous Royal Venton 'Coronet' single trap syphonic toilet from the late 1960's, with its original handle and badge too, not sure if the ballcock is original but it's a Pegler part 1, and much like the other part 1s in this building, gives a deep rumbly refill towards the end.
Great flush from the replacement Opella syphon, with good suction. The handle is a very strange beast, seems to be made out of some type of nylon plastic, with the word 'PRESS' inscribed in it, never seen one like this before. As usual I've put together a few takes including a cistern view & refill, plus a paper flush.
