Sooji Rava / Bombay Rava (Non-roasted, Plain) - 1 cup
Seasoning
Peanut Oil - 40 ml
Mustard Seeds - 1/2 tsp
Cumin Seeds - 1/2 tsp
Chanda Dal - 3/4 tsp
Broken Cashews - 1 - 2 tbsp (Optional)
Green Chillies (Slit) - 3 (Can be adjusted according to spice level) Curry Leaves - Few
Ginger (Chopped) - 1 tbsp (Optional)
Other Ingredients
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
Vegetables
Onions (Chopped) - 1/2 cup
Tomato - 1 cup
Salt - 1 tsp (Can be adjusted as per taste, for vegetables and rava together) Chopped Vegetables - 1 cup (For 1 cup Rava)
