生熟薏米紅豆水
材料:
紅豆4湯匙
生薏米2湯匙
熟薏米2湯匙
處理:
1. 生、熟薏米,清水浸30分鐘。
2. 紅豆,清水浸,最好浸1晚,但亦不少於6小時。
3. 生、熟薏米,及紅豆,清水沖洗乾淨。
程序:
1. 所有材料,放入養生壺。
2. 加入清水1.2升。
3. 用“黑茶”功能,煲1小時。
4. 完成,可享用。
如果用明火煲:
1. 在煲內加入清水1升半。
2. 大火煲滾後,轉中慢火煲30分鐘,熄火,焗30分鐘,就可以飲用了。
Coix seed and adzuki bean soup
Ingredients:
Adzuki beans 4 tbsp
Raw coix seed 2 tbsp
Cooked coix seed 2 tbsp
Preparation:
1. Raw and cooked coix seed, soak in tap water for 30 minutes.
2. Adzuki beans, soak in tap water overnight but at least 6 hours.
3. Raw and cooked coix seed and Adzuki beans, rinse thoroughly.
Steps:
1. Put everything in health pot.
2. Add water 1.2L.
3. Use "dark tea" function, boil for 1 hour.
4. Complete. Serve.
If a gas cooker is to be used:
1. Put water 1.5 L in pot.
2. Turn to medium~low flame after boils up, boil for 30 minutes. Turn off fire. Leave it for 30 minutes. Serve.
