Dehydration Time 4-6 hours
Makes 6 small flat breads
Crust:
1c Coconut Flour
1c Oat Flour
2T Psyllium Husk (sub ground flax seeds)
1/2t Paprika
1T Turmeric
1T Curry Powder
1t Sea Salt
1t Garlic Powder
1T Agave Nectar
1c Zoodles (cut in to smaller noodles 4-6" lengthwise)
1/2t Sea Salt ( or to taste, see notes)
1c Water ( reserve an additional 1/2c on the side and add more water as needed to form a soft dough)
Filling
6c Spinach, fresh (chopped)
1/2c Scallion (chopped)
1/2c Red Bell Pepper (small chopped)
1ea Garlic clove (small chopped)
1/3 Coconut Flour
1/2T Jerk Seasoning
1/2t Sea Salt
