30:04 Shamrock was one of my favorite wrestlers in the Attitude Era, if not of all-time. I honestly think they booked him wrong. He should've been like Goldberg, a silent killer who plowed through _everyone_ . He had a great moveset, had massive intensity. Him missing out on Angle and Taz and the Radicalz just _hurts_ for me.

One of the best pro wrestling content-creators on the Internet! Such a relaxing experience, sitting down, hearing the pros and cons, without an agenda, an obsessive love, or an obsessive hate as it pertains to the stroll down memory lane. Very fair, very in the middle. I wouldn't mind this style being used for a weekly analysis of today's RAWs, Smackdowns, Dynamites, and Collisions.

two things 1) i was one of the people suggeting WHO? for that incredible tag team with prince ikea it feels good to be part o reliving the war history 2) guys the comedic potential of the rock and socks connection is out of the charts. especially if you confront them with the tag team and stables on wcw nitro it is incredible watching it back to back and see the difference

During the intro, I noticed that almost everyone's clips showed off a hype shot of them either posing or doing something on character for themselves...and then for X-Pac's own and The Acolytes' spot, it's X-Pac getting goozled by 'Taker, and him taking a Dominator, respectively. Lol

This Nitro is a prelude to the madness of the year 2000. It’s Gonna be rough getting through most shows. Almost every Raw in 2000 is gonna feel like a palate cleanser after watching Nitro.

@@XtremeEffect I agree that January to April the storyline was a bit too much, but at least it branched out into other storylines and it also brought us some good moments like the Cactus Jack matches, the matches where The Rock put his career on the line and some other memorable moments. Overall RAW was superior to the shitshow Nitro was in 2000. 2000 was the best year of the Attitude era.

The Rock and Sock connection began a week prior after HHH won the title. If you watch the show, about 10 seconds after HHH poses, "Raw after the show begins." HHH goes back down the ring, Rock and Mankind beat HHH up. Mankind does the elbow. Rock leaves for the ramp. Mankind asks for a hug. Rock gives him a handshake and leaves.
