Mossy is right up there with the best of them. He has so much soul. Very very talented. Thanks Monty. 👍

Just a point of info, mate: Hoagy Carmichael wrote Georgia on my Mind, but Ray had a huge hit with it. Mossy's always killed this with his soaring vocals and blistering guitar work.

@mrmockatoo I've read somewhere before that this clip only came about due to the camera operator being awestruck at the beginning of the song, picking up the camera and recording it. Long story short is that he had a list of tracks to film just Ian only throughout the night. This song was not on the list and thus never made it onto the film "The Last Stand." Edit. I found the link and story to what I've said above. Check this out. kzitem.info/news/bejne/r558vp6wi4SnZ6w

You can tell this is at a Cold Chisel concert with Don Walker on the keyboard/piano. Usually at a time when Jimmy has a break. For more Mossy check out Tucker's Daughter and Telephone Booth among his other songs.

Oh, you'll love Cold Chisel - Janelle. Written by Don Walker about his daughter Danielle. "Don Walker’s bluesy ‘Janelle’, sung by Ian Moss, started out as ‘Danielle’ - a song about Walker’s young daughter - but the name and the lyric’s direction changed."

This is the first song Mossy and Walker jammed on, hence ended with..... Ohh and Georgia is a girl not the state ... The brillance is the number of out tune/scale notes used that make the solo truly scream, imagine being so good that playing outta tune sounds good !!!! here endith the lesson, peace and love ✌❤

Maybe I'm just a biased Aussie, but Mossy does the best version of this song. No disrespect to Chuck, love his music. By the way, other great songs Ian sings in cold chisel are Never before and Best kept lies.

Glad you liked it. Ok you know I love all things Chisel and Mossy and Barnsey but my ears just pricked up then when you said you are a fan of Ray Charles. So as I am a super fan of John Farnham ...I'd like to suggest this one. Ray Charles and John Farnham together singing Imagine. Older Farnsey than what we have shown you so far ....but it was a awesome duet . m.kzitem.info/news/bejne/xJCM1qBthXxhrXY

Without doubt one of the better guitarists of all time, you should have a good look at Taj Farrant who will blow you away with the technique and improv that he plays. Played with Santana and Rob Thomas, Orianthi and at Johnny Diesels nightclub. Just finished a tour of the States recently. Way beyond his years, Gary Moore, SRV and Angus Young were big influences along with Prince, Pink Floyd and Joe Satriani. Probably the best young guitarists since Joe Bonamassa. He really is that good. He'll make you feel like you should just put your guitar down and pay attention to watching how this boy of 13 can make you appreciate raw natural talent. Cheers mate 👍🇦🇺
