You will see that in some tutorials it says that the version is RBDLab 1.5, and in others RBDLab 1.5 Metalsoft. They are the same version, only that some tutorials were made with the version still under development.

This addon seems BRUTAL!🤯I have a doubt regarding the workflow... If you want to send your sim to Unreal, let's say, you can bake it all into an alembic file? Without the smoke, but with dust and debris?

Thank you Awesome tutorial. I would like to know, how I'd export the fractured pieces to use in Unreal Engine. I want to hide the individual fractured pieces and spawn Niagra particles at that impact point. Right now I've prototyped this using the cell fracture addon. My issue is that there are clear seams/fracture marks on my mesh. I don't want to make a fractured and non fractured mesh and swop them out at runtime just to avoid the seams in the mesh,since I'm doing this round about method for runtime performnce.....I've seen someone was able to do this years ago but they're no longer active on youtube so I have no one to ask

Right now, exporting the simulation is complex, and it's impossible to export the debris, dust, etc. However, we are working on making it much easier to export the entire simulation to Unreal or any game engine in the next update.

why does the activators drastically reduce the effect of the interacting object? i have a wrcking ball that smashes a wall quite well but as soon as i start making it an activator, the impact of the smash is so greatly reduced!!?

When I add an activator it creates it but I can't see it in the viewport. What am I missing?
