Yep no doubt it's a way better set-up for handling job! I've the following remarks:👍❣️ The wheeled bobcat is so much fast than the tracked one (one I owned) For your radio mix I also choose to add the pump switch with the middle position= pump at 25 or 30% depend of 2s or 3s, for avoiding the little delay in your actual mix, that could be an improvement if you have "heavy" ground or load and need to keep arm at the level you choose. Without you could see bucket or arm slow fall when over load For the sound, you could make a little improvement without changing this bad speaker, by add very light foam like pillow duvet behing speaker with little press, and in front of it to cover all speaker space between motor and cone, without pressure here. The "bass" (😂) are way better and it also avoid full high frequency tress for human ears 😁 My preferred improvement after this good step, was to replace speaker with a long course model like the one you found in ESS dual+ sound system, I've to cut one of the 2 speaker un a small truck space cabin, and I use the spare in the bobcat Now for sure it's a proper running diesel ⛽😁😇

Cool, that’s some great suggestions. Thank you for sharing that with me. I do like the way it handles much better now! I’ll waste less battery now too. Improved run time hopefully.

This is a great tutorial for others to learn bye. Ive got mine also mixed on demand. But all my units are set opposite “what I’m used too” my right sticks are all my drives and turns, left sticks are for additional functions of the machine. I have the rear 3mm taillights left to insta l hopefully tomorrow. Front headlamps I went with 5mm leds on a 3d bracket rather than stock. Debating a strobe or not? I don’t want to do one offset on top of cab or two to fill the holes on either side. If I do one I’m going to drill center one hole behind roof cage. I need to time my battery as you’ve done for run times, not sure what mine would be on full charge yet running a 1300 not fully charged 3s I was ripping around for a good while then when done guessing it was time, checked battery it was at 35% My dozer I run the ripper on the flip switch on for pump to operation rest on demand and mixed. I’ll try and get a video up soon of this little beast. I gotta say I absolutely love the little unit. Take care buddy love the content you put out 👍🏼

Thank you very much. That’s the other thing I love about these radios is switching stick operations without changing the channel and programming. It’s a really cool feature. I need to do a run and time it again for the new radio setup too. Now that the pump won’t be running all the time I’ll probably get a few extra minutes out of it. It’s hard for me to remember to flip the pump switch on and off as needed, so it runs most of the time if I don’t mix it like I did. I wonder if you get more speed with the 3s battery with those brushed motors?!
