Wonderful video Tehsnakerer! The kind words are so very deeply appreciated. Wild seeing how much more deadly you've become in the game :-) Your feedback back in the prior video was instrumental in my Hardened Encryption rethink. So glad to hear you're in the First 2 Wurst community too! Also, just a little tidbit: Allowing stabilization with two-hand pistol grip was something done to help in poor tracking situations, especially on platforms where one controller tends to occlude the other when placed in front *cough* cosmos. It's non-ideal in certain ways, and I know the 'meta' of things can it on some weapons, but I tend to lean in the direction of ensuring everyone can take stabilized shots regardless of the failings of their hardware. Cheers!

Glad you enjoyed the video, and that reasoning makes a ton of sense, I'm quite lucky in that I've always had a fairly good tracking situation so that thought hadn't crossed my mind whatsoever!
@AntonHand

@@Tehsnakerer Yeah the WMR Gen 1 controllers and the Cosmos controllers have some pretty big occlusion issues unless you rotate them in some fairly unnatural ways, and it's fairly difficult to convey to a player having issues how to do so, so this was an easier compromise :-)

I doubt you remember me but when I was in your live stream, you gave me some tips on the game modes. It helped quite a lot and managed to survive 5+ holds. I thought I was in a good position since I'm in the top 200 on the rank board. Then this video came out and you got even better, cooler, and more aggressive on your gameplay. Honestly, I wouldn't have known that you can shove the box to damage the sosigs and using the air vantage to jump and gun. One thing to note though, there are people who are using the streamlined controls, it changes a couple of things in favour of buttons on your controller. Oculus Touch recommends Streamlined controls if you are into Twinstick movement. This scenario disables a couple of gun functionality like the quick bolt and I still don't know how to use the Stinger.

This doesn't have much to do with the video. But I felt like being a positive petey. This channel has to be one of my favorite ones on all of youtube. There's just something about how you set up and... idk, "handle" your videos, that just absolutely clicks with me. Your Brigand, Greedfall, YIIK and (obviously) Hunt Down The Freeman videos are videos I've come back to endless amounts of times. Those are just incredibly re-watchable videos... And that says something, considering the length of all those videos. lol I really hope you get some well deserved attention. You never know when something you do ends up netting you that truly BIG out of nowhere channel growth. That sorta thing can come outta fucking nowhere. Anyway, it's 05:20 AM, and I really should be getting to bed now. Dunno why I wrote all this out. Like I said, feeling like a positive petey tonight.

Nearing the end of the video, your explanation of how this game's community efforts and incentive to learn everything that can be advantageous or threatening brought me memories of learning Left 4 Dead 2 in how much there is to know about the game, how every session, video and tutorial pushed me into mastering a game I've played for hundred of hours as if I had just picked it up and started playing. This game has so much potential and seeing you elaborate on your learning be nearly identical to my experiences with a Valve game shows that this is headed into being a revolutionary game for VR, even if not immediately recognizable, remain insanely replayable. Now I only hope it does not get feature bloated, I saw that default Unreal UI, this game has to touch up stuff before it adds way too much.

The Legend of Kay is an extremely janky 3D platformer that somehow got an anniversary edition. I’ve beaten the game and it feels like there were five different writers all communicating through google translate when they decided the story beats. For Seven:The Days Long Gone, I really enjoy that game and no one ever talks about it. It has an interesting story, decent combat, and is overall a fun and cool stealth isometric action game. I don’t want to say much more or I would potentially ruin something and I can’t recommend this game enough.

Great video, showing off both Antons and community made content, as well as explaining how much fun getting better really is! If you want to really push yourself (time to toot my own horn), try Silent Sully, I specifically tried to make him as a test even for a veteran player, that is also more like classic+ experience, extending some gameplay (turrets, no infinite ammo from stations etc.), and changing the meta a little bit for the better (grenades and powerups are now more common and much more useful, cheaper attachments, no more shitty shotgun shells and even more). I plan to release a big update to him in like 2 weeks, using the newly added mechanics from the latest update), and rebalancing some stuff further.
