Riayn, I am completely with you about being so afraid of despite my best efforts and intentions, negatively impacting my child. Riayn the wold needs more aunties. as a kid I grew up with an aunt who literally would take us for weekends to give my parents a breather. now that I'm a mom and most of my adults in his life are parents. kids need adults in their life that aren't parents but are safe adults.

I have never heard anyone else ever echo the same fear as me as you did, Riayn! I could do the best I can in raising a child and they could turn around 20 years later and tell me that I fucked them up. That would crush me. I also worry that nurture isn’t enough in the nature/nurture dynamic and my kid grows up to be a serial killer or something and I would be judged by the public, because I clearly did something wrong in raising them. It’s a lot to mentally go through, so I’m holding off on kids till I’m a bit older and hoping I have answers or at least peace

I've never been so into a podcast!!. I'm listening as a 16-year-old from Australia, and whenever I have the chance, whether that be while studying, relaxing, or on the way the school, I will constantly choose this over any other entertainment. Even though I am only 16, this podcast has given me some perspective on some of the issues I have in my life, as well as just enjoying my life as it is. I also just love all of you ladies so much, I've watched Sierra for forever, and she has always been one of my favorite influences. But this trio is absolutely perfect! Love you guys and am so excited for more.❤❤ ps. I listen on Spotify and had to come here for this comment, is there any way of me liking/leaving a review for this on Spotify, would love to help out where i can xx

Going from 1-2 kids is crazy. Adding kids after that you don’t even notice the chaos anymore lol I was a single mom with 2 kids before I met my husband, and in a lot of ways it was actually easier than having a dad around all the time because I didn’t have to listen to anyone else’s opinions or compromise on anything. But it is really nice to have another adult around and have that emotional support for myself.

My boyfriend and I were just talking about eating meat. I grew up not eating meat. I wasn't vegetarian, I just really hated the taste and texture of meat. As I got older, I started eating white meat and sometimes pork because it was just easier to find food when I went places (I lived in a very meat centric area) Now that I'm in my own apartment and I cook my own food, I've fallen back into that barely eating meat thing. I was always scared to go full vegetarian because I still enjoy chicken flavor things like Adobo seasoning or ramen. To hear Sierra say that she sees the future being the way I eat is really interesting and makes me feel less bad about enjoying my chicken flavoring lol

I definitely understand the mom friend assumption. I had kids young like I have 3 kids and I’m 29 so I got married prior to school and had my first daughter in college. Up until she was born I had lots of friends but once I had her I became “the mom” where my life and interests kinda revolved around that. And now pregnant with baby 3 and having a toddler and a kindergartener I definitely don’t have any friends that aren’t also moms. I was also a theatre kid but different in that I’m in the Midwest so it was always school or community related and for myself I distanced away from that when I had kids.

Okay so a little history on Project X. Is all started in the Netherlands (Haren) and a girl wanted to have a birthday party and made a facebook invite. Only she did not set in on private and people just kept forwarding and inviting other people. As they continued to accept it is was already national news here in NL BEFORE the party even happened. Then it was all about waiting about how many people actually showed up and it just got sooo out of hand. Idid not know that this Dutch incident shaped an American genaration XD

I really think Sierra should educate herself better but what libertarianism is because it’s eugenics. Libertarians believe in cutting all public programming the dissolution of taxation and the dissolution of everything that prevent discrimination. They say they believe in equality but they don’t because they believe that the government should not have any part in our lives. That means poor people should die, disabled people should die, rich people live. It also means that if someone decided they want to whites only restaurant they can have that. It also means that if someone wants to have a straight only restaurant they can have that. It’s eugenics packaged in a pretty way with manipulative language. And from everything that Sierra has ever said and done on her channel I am quite sure she actually doesn’t believe in any of that.
@leubell8341

This. I understand what she was trying to say, I feel like she misspoke, and would be horrified if she realised.. The problem is, she can't say she's a socialist (which they all are!) because that's a dirty word in the USA (again through not actually understanding what it actually is.)

Just because a person is vegetarian doesn’t mean they are eating healthier …look at the nutrition info on all the packaged vegan/vegetarian foods. Totally full of sodium, and too much soy, if it is not organic, is full of pesticides. Most healthy way to eat is keep the ingredients fresh and eat them as close to they way they grow as possible…once you add sauces and turn things into casseroles…the healthiness goes way down.
