I am thrilled you included my project! Thank you! I am currently building a small positif organ, with electric action and 32 principal pipes. I am still gathering supplies before final assembly, all I need left to buy is the wood for the project. I already have the electronics and keyboard. I’ll make a video about that when I finish it too!

Nice to see what all the people are working on. It's really important to be creative and do something useful instead of just hanging around watching tv or something else that just kills time and doesn't help the brain much.

BTW: I've uploaded some shorts on youtube about the progress on my instrument. I also can't wait to hear it with all pipes playing.

If you're interested in doing another reaction video in the future there's a couple of organs that I recommend checking out. One is a homemade positive organ which you can find videos of on a channel by the name of Marek Kudriaszow, and the other one is a bit unusual as it's a makeshift organ that was featured in an episode called "Peter und der gute Ton" from a German kids show called "Löwenzahn".

The last one is very funny: you invested wood, metal, time, etc to build your instruments and this kid only needed "child-imagination", a balloon and some cardboard LOLOL. On the serious side: Respect for your 2K+ and, yes, go for 10K!

The pipes in the facade actually do sound, and they are paper reed pipes, including the reed itself actually being made with just paper, but they need some refinements in tuning (the most I can do is cut the pipe short with scissors :) ). There is an actualfunctioning pallet box and windway enclosed in the rest of the paper organ, and the outside pallet box is actually a second windchest which i plan to add a second stop to for demonstration purposes (since you can't see the functioning one). I hope to link that outside pallet box soon, as they are already connected to a set of speaking paper block flute pipes. I hope to make a separate video on the anatomy of a paper organ pipe to demonstrate its functionality, despite it being made with just paper. We are building opus 2 currently, which is made of better materials, stepping up one level! I have images of our progress so far. Looking forward to showing you the finished product!
