That's AR Rahman for you. Western world is unlucky that they haven't heard much of him. He is God's child. There is no one like him on this planet. Btw those 2 guitarists are in Rahman's team.

Well said mate, completely echo that @01abhinavrajput The west are poorer for not being exposed to the genre-agnostic genius of A R Rahman. His range repertoire and interpretation of emotion (aligned to story and screenplay) is unparalleled, in the world. He stands astride any of world cinemas musical giants, creativity without boundaries or formulae… Please explore his albums and scores and listen without the distraction of the songs visuals to experience the true power, may take more than a listen to absorb each pice’s nuances and complexities.

Have you any more Luke Kelly or Dubliners songs lined up?

Also, something off the first three albums by Clannad would be great for Irish music (they sang in Gaelic).

I have nothing lined up. Answering some comments. Just got back from my vacation and trying to get back to normal. I'll try to get more Luke Kelly represented and some Clannad that Murdock Moriarty is suggesting.

@@JohnCregoWorldMusic great. Whenever you find the time: good ones would be (sorry about any misspellings) "Na Buachailli Alainn", "Dulaman", "Crann Ull", "Rince Briotanach", "An t’Ull", "Súil A run", or "Éirigh Suas A Stóirin".

@@JohnCregoWorldMusic That would be great, but no pressure. Here is my next Luke Kelly suggestion. This was his final performance, a month before his untimely death aged 43. kzitem.info/news/bejne/uIN93IVor1-LhYI He chose this as his goodbye performance. Because he was so terribly ill, they were permitted to pre-record their performance before the live broadcast, but somehow he managed it all in one take. Truly great right to the end.
