Besides the unbelievable harmonies--and beautiful backdrop of South Dakota--getting to hear Adam Rupp's sweet tenor actually singing is a real treat ❤️🎼🥰🎶❤️

For more Chance, react to “I Can’t Outrun You”. He also directed the video. And I feel that when Chance came into the band he added warmth to their sound.

They can always take a song we all know and make it sound new! I loved the location of the video but what I loved most was Adam got to sing, not just beatbox! He has a wonderful tenor but he prefers to back the guys up with percussion. He feels his voice is not as good since he doesn't have alot of vocal training but I think it's lovely!

As always the Home Free harmonies are off the charts !! I agree Chance was the steadying force in the group !! He is soooo underrated !!! That arrangement was the best I've ever heard for this song, and this reminded me of elementary school !!!!

This song for me takes me back to elementary school when I had to sing it a lot. This was also the song of choice for choir auditions. I had to sing this to audition. It went in alphabetical order and I was almost always the 1st to go. This song made me realize that I could actually sing and I actually performed in a school choir all the way to senior year. So I love this song. Home Free however blows my vocals out of the water. This was so well done as always!

Interesting.. As an Australian, I grew up only knowing this melody as 'God Save the Queen', a traditional English anthem. But a truly amazing performance by the guys, love the almost 'marching drum' beat by Adam, freeing him up for some vocals.

I just love your reactions and commentary on Home Free... I remember when we were taught this song in elementary school. Back then it was something we actually sang at least once before a school play and on Flag Day, which no one now has heard of. I suppose because back then, we did the Pledge of Allegiance every morning and the flag was something that was respected and our freedoms and flag and country were appreciated and celebrated. And I'm not that old, lol... I'm in my 40s. It brings back alot of fond memories of my childhood especially and just a simpler time. I appreciate and Thank Home Free for doing this. Thank you for reacting as well!💗💗💗

I find after listening to Home Free I really miss the bass in other groups. Yes bands have instruments but they lack the vocal perfection. Their sound is so rich and the vocals so crisp that I much prefer acapella over groups with "real" instruments.

Loved your reaction! This is such a beautiful rendition! Those harmonies were perfect! Adam wasn’t just beatboxing. He was also singing part of the harmonies! I believe he was singing the “odd” part harmony while Chance sang the baritone, I believe. I was listening and I thought Chance was singing the regular baritone. Feel free to correct me if I’m wrong. My ears may not be as good as they used to be. Lol I always appreciate musician’s opinions!

I agree that they were focused on highlighting the song rather than a particular singer. They did the same with Lee Greenwood in "God Bless the USA." You could hear them, but they were highlighting Lee and the song and it was magnificent. It also brings the tears!

I hadn't heard this song before - I live in the UK and I was astounded to hear that it is the same tune as our National Anthem, God Save The Queen. To be frank, I had always thought our National Anthem was pretty dull in comparison to those of other countries - until I heard this by Home Free. It was magical.

Thank you for your awesome reactions. So glad Adam Rupp sang on this. This is one of my top 2 favorite covers on the LOTF album. Breathtaking! I get emotional listening to this cover. The vocals and video are incredible! A few favorite home free mashups for me are Fishin In the Dark/Boondocks and Butts Remix. The hat guy in the older videos is Chris Rupp. (HF co founder, Adam the beatboxer’s brother, tenor)

Home Free just killed it. So beautiful. Adam was great beatboxing but also singing too. Chance (we call him Chance too) was great as were the other boys. Chance is from Alabama, Austin from Georgia, Tim from Texas. Rob (glasses) and Adam from Minnesota. They’re so good. Heard this was filmed in South Dakota…so pretty and perfect for the song. Good reaction MG!

Love your reaction. Glad you mention all the members. I have my favourite member that I listen to on the side, but when it comes to the group, all of them are my favourites. Every song has a different lead that just kills it, but at the same time the harmony and percussion rounds everything out to the fullest. They always serve the music and all sound the better for it.

Tim calls Chance their secret weapon, because his range is nearly as wide as Tim's. Chance had the opportunity to join Pentatonix when Avi left, and he chose Home free instead. One of my favorite original songs they do is "It Looks Good", written by Tim. It is a feel-good country song celebrating how much they enjoy their respective wives and girlfriends.

Exactly how did they "cover" it? When someones sings an old song, it's not a "cover.". "We just came from a baseball game where we covered the Nation Anthem." No.
