I started Rivers of London but it wasn't working for me so I tabled it. Am planning to pick it back up closer to winter, maybe sooner as your description reminded me of how you convinced me to try it the first time! :)

You do need to get through the police procedural tactics for a while. I think that can be off-putting, but the book starts to make more sense in the second half.

Hello friend. You are new to me and I enjoyed this vlog very much. Your reviews are descriptive and meaningful so please keep up the great work. Regarding Blue Sisters, you are lucky to have the UK version of the book. I waited a very long time for that book from US amazon and, when it finally arrived, it had a stupid permanent READ WITH JENNA "sticker" on the front. Oh, don't get me started. Also, Led Zeppelin! 🎸

An e-reader is perfect for travelling, isn't it. I find most of the hyped up tiktok books are not what I prefer to read.

I have enjoyed some, but not all of them. So I keep trying to find the true jems.
