I love how a long haul pilot wishes 'good luck' to everyone on the flightdeck when taxiing at Gatwick - or any complicated major airport for that matter 🤣

Re comments around 15 mins - 787 was designed as a 2 4 2 layout (see JAL) but Boeing were forced to make a 3 3 3 offering to compete with A350 XWB on fuel burn per pax km. Without it, the 787 would be pretty inefficient compared to the A350. The initial A350 was just a re-engined A330 which would also have been 2 4 2 which explains why Boeing made that decision - they expected Airbus to respond with a re-engined A330, which is what they initially tried to do, but airlines said no, hence the A350 XWB. Which is why we're now stuck with the 787 hell-liner 3 3 3 layout

You see a lot of these dash 8’s at Chopin airport in Warsaw, LOT have quite a few of them. There’s something about this shorter version that I like.

Great stream and community - only another 8K subscribers and you could sell out Wembley Stadium ! I had to drop out yesterday so looking forward to catching up. I must build more drama into my 789 line ups - this is long haul after all 😂😂

Not sure if you’re still using the TCA Airbus pack but if you are, you can use the reversers on the same axis as the throttles by setting bind to ‘Throttle (0-100%)’. Since the Fenix doesn’t allow that bind, it’s probably not being used at the moment. Also you have to play around with the neutral point on the sensitivity curves to make sure that idle thrust on the physical throttle aligns with the virtual idle.

Did you watch «Flightradar 24’s» milk run in northern Norway, with the Dash-8’s ?

I wouldn’t really call you a professional unless u are a real world airline pilot. At this time, you’re just a simulator pilot

@@kiotee_nouw you’re the one who put it out there for the public to see, but now that you get called out on it you clam up. You aren’t a real pilot, and I have no idea what you think would make you a professional simulator pilot. There’s no such profession. you could call yourself an experienced flight simulator enthusiast, but a pilot? Nope. Don’t say something in the comments and then get all butt hurt when somebody asks you what you meant in your comment. Welcome to the Internet, bro lol

@@worlds_okayest_pilot_421 I think he was saying it sarcastically more than anything. You should consider lightening up.
