So true! I even was talking with a friend about that!! This is why I'm so happy to be part of the community ☺️ Yesterday, during the live, I felt so great to be part of this challenge 😁 I really believe that with all the knowledge I acquired since last year with all self-improvement videos and so many strategies, now I can say I am ready. Go back and forward it's over! I need to keep saying to myself:" Sonia, you can do it!"😁💪🏾🙏🏾

I learn not to give shit , I’m careless nowadays, I alway care for people, looked out for them , worry too much about situations , now if someone speak all I do is listen nd walk away I don’t give advice, or show sympathy , cause I learn the more ur caring the more life is stressful, life is not hard is human around us that make hard for us if think too much it’s only hurt us why should worry about what so person said , what’s happening now it’s will all pass by . Don’t be a people pleasing, I learn from a co - work she quit give shit about other , she mine her business, whenever someone-worry so much she whatever nd walk away , u just have to be heartless sometimes that’s only way the will learn I wish I was like that back then cause I was alway support person , cared whatever other think of people nd how I will hurt their feelings but now I could careless.

For a video you just put together, it was amazing. They are getting more informative and empowering with each one. The whole book and KZitem video point is so true. I honestly only used KZitem sporadically for instructional things or like Attacking Third, until I came upon your videos, like that is keeping it real. You can read or listen to anything, but until you roll up your sleeves and attack it, it is just a guide. Actions speak louder than words.

I’m so happy to a part of your community. Your passion is so intense, and so contagious. I won’t say you’re my idol, but you are definitely someone that I aspire to align my goals with. Definitely a role model that I would love for my daughter. That is one reason I aspire to be like you. I want to be that role model for my little girl.

I’m so appreciative to be here and to have the opportunity to do this with likeminded people. I absolutely resonated with this, I am all about the research. I’ve always know what I need and how I need to do it which I love and hate about myself bc it can stifle me at times. I don’t excite like she said you kinda get stunned and then I come back and watch and watch with actually doing. But we’re changing that we’re gonna be better!!

It has also brought my awareness of this "binging" to the surface of yet another addiction in disguise. I'm working on it and I am now getting ready for the July Challenge, thank you for your passion and commitment to orchestrate this event! You are truly are a rockstar🙌🙌🙌!!!

when you say focus on one thing; if your goal is learning a language and gaining a fitness routine, would you just focus on one of these and completely ignore the other, as they're both considered larger goals?
@BiancaSt-Georges

Very good question. There isn't one and only answer, but this is my suggestion based off experience. It all depends on the amount of time you have. Most people are living very busy lives and I tend to notice that they "fail" (aka quit) when they have more than one goal they are focusing on at a time. My suggestion is that if you don't have an equal and reasonable amount of time to practice both goals, choose only 1. It's better to choose one thing to commit to, and you choose depending on your priority (what's more important to you). Not only does adding a new habit requires effort and energy, but it takes longer to perform because you are new, uncomfortable, and inefficient. But with one narrow focus, you make faster progress because you are constantly in problem solving mode to make that habit work for you. When that new habit becomes part of your routine, it won't take as much effort, time and energy to perform, then you will know you can add a new habit On the other hand, working on 2 goals at the same time for the majority sets them up for failure or makes progress of both goals WAY slower. The only exception to this I can think of is if you have A LOT of free time, which in that case I think 2 can be doable, max 3. Conclusion: If you want to make progress FASTER, it's easier to have your attention focused on ONE goal at a time.

@@BiancaSt-Georges thank you very much for your time and response, it was very detailed and helpful to me 🥰 (I was reflecting on this earlier, then I heard you say it and then confirm it). It does make sense, because as ambitious people we think we can do it all when it is not necessarily realistic… It was a great point to mention that once you’ve done an action for a while and it becomes habit, to then add a new one. Thank you ✨
