Today’s recipe is Shami Kebab Recipe / Ground Beef Skewers that is really juicy and amazing recipe to
prepare at home with very few ingredients that are: -
INGREDIENTS:
- Beef Boneless Meat
- Oil
- Chopped Garlic
- Chopped Ginger
- Water
- Split Chickpeas
- Onions
- Cloves
- Peppercorn
- Cardamom
- Curry Leaf
- Carom Powder
- Salt
- Red chili powder
- Red chili flakes
- Cumin powder
- Coriander Powder
- Coriander Leaves
- Green Chili
- Lemon Juice
- Eggs
STEP 1: Add few tables spoon oil in Cooker Pressure. Now add Chopped Ginger & Garlic. Mix them well &
later add Beef Meat in Cooker Pressure. Add few cups of water then add split chickpeas, onions, cloves,
peppercorn, cardamom, curry leaf, carom powder & salt in there. Now cover the pressure and set it to
boil for around 25-30 minutes.
STEP 2: Mesh the boiled items in a way it forms mixture shape.
STEP 3: Add red chili powder, red chili flakes, salt, coriander powder, coriander leaves, cumin powder,
green chili & lemon juice. Mix them well
STEP 4: Add few drops of oil on your hands in order to prepare shami kabab shapes easily.
STEP 5: Add oil in frying pan then place your prepared shami kababs to fry on medium flame.
STEP 6 (OPTIONAL) : Add oil in frying pan then mix the prepared shami kabab shapes in eggs paste later
add them in to the oil to fry on medium flame.
STEP FINAL: Once they turn brown remove the flame and serve with sauce.
