I have one question Why have him jump off the box on the single leg box jumps. If you want him to get the impact then why not just jump and land on the floor.

That makes sense to me for deadlifts but i just thought it was weird theyd use them for bench and squat, less room for more weight.

I got patellar feromal syndrome from those single leg squats he was doing. His knee and femur caved in so much! I guess I was doing it barefoot and was overpronating which was the differance.

Man it must be weird working out with people gawking and taking pictures through the whole thing. I'm surprised the gym owner allowed the pictures. Not much you can do about the staring.

David Ekbäck All the more reason to squat properly. He is not using his abs at all. Google the valsalva maneuver.

by not squatting to full depth he's transferring all of the weight to his knees instead of his glutes and quads. He's running a greater risk of injury by not using the proper form.
