Start the week off right with this 6 am morning routine vlog since I am now in my productive healthy girl era for 2024 and what a perfect way to begin a day when you work from home! In this video, I will cover developing a workout routine for the gym, skin care, shower routine, healthy breakfast, juicing recipes, and iPad journaling for morning devotion. I love going to the gym for an hour in the morning before hoping in the shower and completing a full morning skincare routine. I do enjoy drinking homemade pressed green juice and beet juice in the morning, followed by a healthy breakfast of avocado toast, banana, and protein yogurt. I end my morning with light journaling in my digital gratitude journal along with a morning devotion.
