It really depends on the lifestyle. I also used to be like that (never able to wake up easily, high heart rate, feeling dizzy) when I wasn’t very active (teaching job - sitting/standing). But since I started doing 12 min simple stretch routines in the morning and going to bed 30 min earlier than before - VOILA - I started feeling much more alive every morning. And having some high-calorie nuts and seeds with my breakfast really gives me the energy to survive until lunch time. You just need to start doing morning stretches - result will be there in 2 weeks

I feel it’s odd that so so many people in the comment sections lately have identified as adhd or autistic. I wonder if it might be liberating to think of whatever weaknesses(I don’t use that in a derogatory way, we all have weaknesses) you might have in terms of character traits. “I’m disorganized” “I’m easily distracted” etc. Because if you think of them as character traits, the. There’s a hope for change, whereas I’ve never heard that autism and adhd can be cured, so it seems like one might easily become defeated. I personally am not organized at all. It’s my weakness. My house is often embarrassingly untidy, but I keep chipping away at the problem and keep trying and slowly there have been improvements. Also, I acknowledge that my bad habits are sins in the sight of God. I praise God that He sent His Son to die for those sins and rise to give me hope and His Spirit inside me can enable me to overcome my shortcomings. Trusting in Christ doesn’t make one perfect immediately, unfortunately, but it does give hope for today and forever.

I have the same routine when I work from home, only add 15 mn because I eat a bit before starting my work. When I have meetings outside early in the morning, I also have the same routine, I just get up 30 to 60 mn earlier for commuting. Been living this life since 2018 even before WFH was the default in my life. Some mornings I get lazy and wake up a bit later so I work later at night. So to me, for a childfree healthy single woman, this lifestyle is realistic, even for people not working from home, except particular cases of course (night or very early shifts ; more than an hour commuting...). Anyway every one have different lives. Do what is best, or what you can do best. Don't say it's not real life. It's just not your life. Live your own.

In my country, a person who wakes up at 7:50 am is not considered a morning person. They should wake up at 5:00 am at the very least. Even if I wake up at 7:00 am, I am still not considered a morning person.😂😂

For example in Czech Republic people start work as early as 7 am. Kindergartens start from 6:30 😮

Same, in Indonesia, waking up at 8 is considered lazy, thank god I move to the UK so I can go back to sleep after my morning prayer 😂

7:50 am my guy, half of the world is already on their way to their workplaces unlike her who is still in bed. Also u don’t even know if realistically that’s the time since she just pasted the fonts on the vid.

I literally wake up at 5:30 to get ready for work at the office that starts at 9. Waking up at 7 is not considered being a morning person if most jobs start at 8. If you wanna get to work early you should be leaving home at 7. If you want to get there on time or 5 minutes late you can leave at 7:30.

Siempre tan humana, realista y presenta una situación tal cual, como en este caso se le patina un hielo y lo usa. Muchas felicidades y bendiciones 😇🌹🪷 Que lo mejor siempre te acompañe.!!🌠

I used to do this exact stretch routine we I woke up and before going to bed. Keep going! I haven’t done it now in 6 months & lost all my flexibility.
