It took two months but it is finally here. This is my Realistic what I eat in a day. As some of you may know I did the whole 30 back in January and though it was not a lifestyle that I could maintain long term I learned a lot from that month. In this video, I discuss some full whole 30 compliant options for meals as well as some not so compliant. Hope you enjoy it.

-Cajun Blackened Talapia w/ red beans and Lemon Rice
