everything has 2 sides of a coin...why people manipulate is the question..i have never seen more manipulators than Managers and Project managers..when the companies actually run because of technical people..techincal people are being micro managed by the so called managers who themselves are zero contributors to technical knowledge for the organization ..

I think you should make videos on regressive mindsets of people. I have seen cases where people pull LGBTQ and divorced coworkers down. Why Indians don't understand the boundary of their friendship. I have seen many Indians in USA not aware of these subjects. It is really painful.

There was one junior who really behaved bad with me. I took lot lot of stress in dealing with him. He behaved bad with others also. Raised continuously over the year, finally management took notice, he was put in pip and he got fired.

Behaved badly in the sense..Did he raise his voice against you unneccessarily? Or was there any scenario where seniors tried to bully him and he retaliated back.....In many firms seniors combine to bully juniors and tried to make their lives miserable

I also faced such unreliable persons in life. What i observe that some of them are kept on the job though they are highly inefficient in their work simply because they do spy work for the bosses. Based on their incomplete feedback some duffer bosses take action and the team suffers. At the end thd truth comes out but in the meanwhile blood sucking events have to be faced which could be avoided if management is sensible to stop such dirty spy practices.

Sir it’s wonderful sharing of your experiences which closely we can relate. However, one question always haunts me is for their own insecurities and in capabilities and lack of common sense they try to suppress what should we do with those especially if they are higher in the hierarchy 🙏🙏at the same time I would see it’s pointless to counter or argue with those individuals

I’m sure this guy never worked in a collaborative environment. This is not the case in most companies, in many companies people are genuinely interested in the well being of colleagues. Work is a part of the job, but creating a good environment is also another unstated part of the job.

So off late (various times during the entire year from 2022-2023, i have been bombarded with some work and due to that now i have become exhausted and I'm unable to perform that well although i trye to. I am committing various mistakes and I'd like to change it. However, some issues come out of nowhere at all and its really annoying when we have bucket load of work and we have to listen to our manager berating me or all of us for a small thing. (Its not even that big an issue) how to change this(from my end, though i have identified the loop holes at my end but something or the other gets missed out)

I would suggest you to try outside. Get some offers and take a 15 days break. Stay with your family and take some short trips. Relax and join another organisation.

Hi Sir, Want to inform you about an incident related to TCS.. there is a wings1 program where we can move from ninja to digital once we pass the exams.. so what happened is they released the results on 21/07/23 and for me i passed and moved to digital but after 12 hours of posting the result this wings team informed that they have uploaded the marks by mistake and they will recheck and republish the results but What happened on 22 July 2023 around 9 pm they released the results but now they decreased the marks by 11 marks for maximum candidates for some candidates 10/12 marks. Resulting in getting failed and being not eligible for digital What really happened in background is that they have increased the cutoff to 80 bt they can't show it as they already released without counting the number of associates moved to digital.. later they calculated and found out they don't have money so they started doing scam by decreasing our marks and showing we are the one who scored less and is culprit for our failure. How is this even possible to release a wrong result for a digital exam that was conducted in their own TCS ion centre, where they even conduct government exams. We are sure that the old marks were correct only but as alot of candidates passed the exam so they started thinking of ways to scam and they planned for 9-12 hours that they can reduce the marks and put the blame on us that we are one who failed We have put mails to wings1 team hr unit TD, as this is weekend haven't got response yet, but I'm sure no one help and it will not resolve and this will continue again and again, this way they are holding employees with a hope of getting a good salary and later breaking their hope and asking to appear again.. past 24 hours have been so depressing demotivating discouraging that I can't even explain As I'm sure not body is gonna help and there is no solution for this, I'm going to leave TCS as soon as possible, but this scam need to be known by everyone. How a reputed company is scamming their employees and playing with their hardwork and emotions. Please let me know if any screenshots proof is required, I'm willing to share every details But please make a video on this, you are the only KZitemr who might read this messages, and I don't want anything from TCS now, this already broked my hopes all I want is someone let everyone know about this scam.

One thing to note is that if they just increased the cutoff to reduce the number of eligible employees it would be legal. I don't think we can legally push them to accept all disregarding budget - which will be out of scope of employment terms. But reducing the mark is a cheap tactic. But whether you can force them to accept excess candidates is debatable - as they can legally cite budget constraints for legal reasons.
