Min salary threshold is 38,700 GBP. The students can utilise the New Entrant route by getting a min. of 30,960 GBP. Please watch the video again, I said the same thing. It's from the UK Gov website. It's never going to be a roller-coaster ride not just in UK, but anywhere in this world. Yes, it's challenging; but not impossible. Watch the part 2&3 where I explain the common pitfalls for this. But there are a lot more to understand. It's a fact that, companies in UK even recruited professionals directly from India by paying over and above this 38k during the last 3 years. Why the Kerala/Indian students graduated from UK didn't get these jobs! Simply because people don't know how to get high paying jobs doesn't mean there are no jobs. Wherever the businesses are growing, jobs are also growing. But it's a fact that only the elite job seekers will get good jobs. And tell me a country where it's easy to get good high paying jobs !!!??? This is new world where the best is recruited ( Survival of the fittest ) & the remaining 80% will struggle. If someone who's reading this believes he/she is committed to be in the 20%; then I can help you with the tools, tactics & strategies of the Elite class. Connect me using the link given in the description

Apologies if i misheard something you said in the video, with regards to the salary threshold 38k to achieve that you have to be above the 20% which is true and never an unachievable thing, but 95% students going to the uk from kerala doesn't have that level of competancy to get a job of above median salary within 2 years where the psw period ends. And with laws being more strict towards immigration in the coming years the numbers you mentioned from 2023 will not have much relevance in coming years. If your family have backup money and you just need to explore and give a try then yeah why not go to UK, else its a better choice to find alternatives till clear course. You can always find a part time job, its easy if you have basic skills, but the part times just serve you bread and butter for daily life and once you want to climb the ladder and secure a work visa things will be really tough... Also as you said competition is everywhere in the world, if so why not try and get a good job in our metro cities? If you do not have the competancy to get a 50k per month salaried job what do you expect to come and find fighting with elite class people for tech jobs/finance (let be brutally honest which are the two sectors which may pay you above 38k being an entry or mid level executive)

Make sense. Very well articulated. From my experience of being in the HR consulting segment for 10 plus years, getting a job in one's dream role & company in most of the countries is very much possible. But it needs focused preparation both in our inner and outer worlds. Because only 5% jobseekers knows what's the companies are looking for. Moreover only 30% jobs are published in portals. Who knows the ideas to tap the 70% hidden jobs ! My mission is just that. To help students land in high paying jobs in their dream country whatever might be the economic situation and education is the easy pathway towards that.

If you are planning for UK or any other European country; you may get the admission and the visa easily. But once you graduate, the job markets highly competitive. Therefore strategic preparations are essential for beating this. Refer this video description if you need my help.

Nursing & health care jobs are generally unaffected by the economy. But, because of more students going for these programs; challenges can happen in this segment too. Still it won't be a big problem since the health care segment needs more professionals every year.
