Nice to see that Siete taco seasoning. I didn’t realize they made that. Could do without the cassava flour, but it’s not a deal breaker. And the Mexican chile crisp looked good! Gonna have to try that. 👍

It's so good! Little spicy but good. They also have mild. If you try the Chili crisp let me know, I'm picking some up this week. It looks like a perfect compliment to so many things.

I'm with you...protein is off the charts. I usually never do flavored due to added sugar but it's so nice seeing them use Stevia. Thank you for watching Tiffani!😉

Love your channel ❤been following for a few months. I did not know target had the wild salmon. I do like the fact that it’s a product of the USA. I usually buy my sockeye salmon from Whole Foods or Costco‘s. Thanks for another great video.😀

Awesome! Thank you! I love hearing such positive vibes...I just wanted to show the options are there for some who don't have Costco or just might be in a hurry so Target could be an easy hit. This wasn't even a Super Target. Thank you so much for commenting and watching!🥰

Why does beef usually have trans fat? Isn't this bad?
@healthylivingrite

In ruminants, trans fatty acids are produced by microbial hydrogenation of linoleic acid and linolenic acid in the rumen; in consequence, a variety of positional and stereoisomers of both cis and trans fatty acids appear in both meat and milk. Although ruminant (natural) trans fats from animal products are considered safe in moderate amounts, artificial ones are strongly associated with health problems, including heart disease.
