Hola Sr Nelson estuve viendo todos sus videos de su Pickup Dodge 37 acá en BS As Argentina y la verdad que son muy muy buenísimos tienen una esplicacion muy exacta de cada paso de trabajo, yo también tengo una Dodge pero 1935 pickup y la estoy por enpesar a restaurar, tengo la cabina y la caja de carga sin los pisos, lo felicito por la restauración que uso y que la disfrute por muchos años mí nombré es Daniel soy del Partido de Tigre Pcia de BS As Argentina...

Nice work Kent. These trucks were built in two different locations. Production plants were in Los Angeles and Detroit. I have on 36 from LA and another from Detroit and Ive seen small differences in some of the parts and details in each. Some of the parts may have been sourced differently and could be the reason for certain differences. You are also right in that the car may have had a slight difference from the car. I like how you continued the body line from the fender across the valence.

Could the difference in bumpers be car vs truck? Would think the wider with the peak would be more of a car style bumper

I think you’re correct it is a ‘37 front car bumper, the other bumper is from a ‘36. I didn’t realize there is so many differences between the three years, ‘36-‘38. But I’m figuring it out as I go.

@@Nelsons-Garage from what I recall from seeing older trucks the stamping was very simple so the rear bumper is probably the correct one.
