There are lots of good reasons to use the Q12 Employee Engagement Survey from Gallup and administered by Qwerke. Reason #4 is reporting. The Q12 has great reporting and will help you know exactly how each manager is doing with engagement on his or her team. It will break out results in lots of ways but maybe the coolest part is that for the first time you will be able to compare engagement in your organization against engagement in other organizations. Until now all you've had as a point of comparison is your own results year over year. Useful, but not as good as the information you get with the Q12.
