Ayyo Vishnu tech mathram nokkiya avide irikkuke ullu. It's my experience. Please don't leave any opportunity you get to show leadership skills. For almost 15 years I kept on rejecting all leadership role because of my other priorities but I reached a point where my peers climbed up the corporate ladder. And ultimately I too took up. This is keeping Indian corporate scene in mind. Do think about it

It’s better to have dinner early as it helps in digestion and also it helps in giving sound sleep. It’s good to have a 12 hour difference between dinner and breakfast as in intermittent fasting. It will be nice even if we take fasting once in a week .Helps in detoxification

@@DevuS-rq6hn Intermittent fasting is like 8 hr meal and another 8 hr fasting. I just give it as an example . Early dinner is good for health actually . I already mentioned that patients with diabetes and other disaeses, it won't be easy. Early dinner is beneficial in giving a good health by giving appropriate time for digestion. If you are sleeping at 10 pm, can have your dinner by 6 pm so that you grt 4 hr for proper digestion. Good for healthy life
