Landon, you have done an amazing job showing us the many things that you and your family do on your farm. I do hope that you get some rain soon for your crops. You put a lot of heart and soul into getting those crops planted that I’d hate to see it all go to waste. So come on Mother Nature bring Landon farm so rain. You gave us a week worth of rain down here now it’s your turn to bring it to Landon farm. I also wanted to say that I enjoy that your dad and Aden participate in your videos. That along with your drone footage brings a nice personal touch to your videos. Making your videos so enjoyable to watch. I commend you for taking this adventure and sharing it with us. Your explanation on the various things you do when farming and maintaining your farm equipment. Is truly amazing. Also I’m glad to hear that you will be continuing your videos even as you take the next step in your education/life. I look forward to the announcement of the name that you will call your new combine as well as future videos that you produce here and on your other channel which I believe I’ve already scribed to that channel as well.

Wow it really means a lot to hear this. I’m very thankful for your support and hope everything is going well for you. I will always try to make my videos better and hopefully can share farming with people all over the world that might not understand it. Making videos has always been my dream and it means a lot to see people so interested in what I do on the farm. Thanks for sharing and God bless

Landon, kudos on how well you do with your farming techniques and showing your followers how many aspects of the farm life work. As a former educator, while I was teaching English and music at the high school, our high school (one of 8) had several vocational classes to help those young folks who did not wish to pursue a college degree in teaching, banking, etc. I witnessed many of my students benefit from these classes, and today, many of those students are farmers today. With all that said, if your area schools have such courses, maybe you could speak with the administration on the school district level to allow you to talk with those who have yet to graduate from high school, and perhaps these students, too, would like to know the in's and out's of farming life. How you speak with your followers is an asset as not all young adults can talk to a crowd/group of followers like you do. I wish you well and thank you for taking us along on the many rides from Missouri. As I head to Columbia, Missouri next month, I will honk and waive (Ha!) as I drive through the state, sir.

Maybe some time you can use the drone and fly over the areas you farm so us viewers get an idea of the landscape and mention what crops are raised during the fly over..

Morning Landon. Greetings from Australia you are one of my favourite channels to watch. I grew up on a farm a long time ago. I enjoy watching how farming techniques have changed, since then, as well as the machines. In my day on the farm just like Older people would say There was a lot of manual work. These days a lot of machinery Have made it a lot easier. You are a good young man. Much respect to you and your family. How about calling the harvester CHUM standing for corn, harvester utilised machine. Just a thought. I’ll pray for rain for you and all the other farmers for farmers feed the nation and the world. Good luck to you and hope You do well in state Tech.

Happy Sunday Landon! Praying for you all! Praying you get some much needed rain! We had some here in southeast Iowa in the last week. I don’t like seeing those corn fields starting to “fire” this early! I understand with the lack of decent rain! I just received notification that this dropped in my “subscriber feed” so I watched it right away. Safe travels for your Family to Mexico! I went to Nuevo Laredo back in the early 90’s when it was free to walk across the river from Laredo Texas. I went with a couple that I had met who were owner operators like I was at the time. Brought my Mother home 4 bottles of pure Mexican vanilla. That made her really happy! Stay Blessed Woodward Family! Mark in southeast Iowa.

Woodman! For the like tenth time, quit worrying whether something is interesting, it's at least half just hanging out with you. There's hundreds of farm channels to watch, it's the character of the creators that brings people back. A fitting name for Bertha's sister would be Beulah. You hear Bertha's coming you get out the way. You hear Beulah's coming you get outa town. One last thing, mother nature? You know full well there's just one Guy in control. Sometimes you need to say what you believe, not the misleading saying. Thanks for the video Brother, take care.

Would it help to build a mount of dirt around the field to help keep the moisture in the field and not get dried out by the wind? Assuming that's part of the problem. Hopefully a mound a dirt around the field would not make things worse. Just a thought. I'm new to farming videos. KZitem keeps saying... hey! watch this one... and this one... and that one... and oh look, here's another one, too! I had to know... Anhydrous ammonia (NH3) is a nitrogen fertilizer that's commonly used in farming. It's a liquid that's compressed under high pressure and contains 82% nitrogen. Farmers use it as a fertilizer because it's easy to apply, affordable, and lasts a long time in the soil. NH3 reacts quickly with soil water to create ammonium-N, which binds to the soil's clay and organic matter. The soil then goes through a temperature-dependent process called nitrification, which converts ammonium-N into nitrate-N. This process can lower the soil's pH, but it eventually returns to its original level or lower.
