So glad I found this, I’ve been looking for so long for what blower I can use in my rover and finally found this one. This is exactly why I had in mind and now I’ve seen it works I need to get it done.

Pleased that it has given you the inspiration !! Part 1 and 2 of this build up show how I got here but I do recommend getting the blower rotors triple pinned (I didn't show this being done!). If you need any more pics or info let me know as I still have this setup. Jim

@@fitduster9472I’m new to supercharging, had plenty to do with turbos but since I was a kid, I just wanted a v8 supercharged. Currently building the 3.9 engine to go in my truck (short wheel base shogun) not far of finishing that so I’ve already been looking for the part’s I need. Any extra pics or info you have would be greatly appreciated and a big help. Is there a way to private message you?

I have a rover 3.5 v8 and a 6-71 blower, what pulley ratio did you use? Got anymore info on the build please? I keep telling myself that the blower would look amazing poking through the bonnet on the 1962 Buick station wagon 🤷♂️🙌🏻

Hi I was running 18% underdrive on the blower that gave me about 3 pounds of boost. I ran it low as it is a 10:1 engine and no other blower prep was made to it.

Looks and sounds fantastic. I'd love to know the boost it makes

Just clocked 3-4 pounds at 3000 rpm (running it faster than this on the jig gets a bit hairy!!!) This was the target suggested by the Americans that helped me as I have the 10.5:1 compression and a stock bottom end. But even if it had produced no boost it still looks and sounds the part :)

HI - I was using a 600cfm double pumper to ensure good fuel delivery and all of the plugs were running clean and same colouring after running.

I made it! I cut down an injection manifold to reduce the height by an inch and made the adapter to take the blower
