INGREDIENTS REQUIRED FOR STUFFING:
- 400 g of very finely minced shoulder or loin pork meat
- 50 g cane arrowroot noodles (you can replace with regular soy noodles)
- 20 g dried mun mushrooms + optionally 10 g dried shiitake mushrooms
- 50 g of fresh chives
- a large carrot
- large onion
- 2 small shallots
- kohlrabi
- 2 eggs
1/2 tbsp MSG spice (umami)
- pepper and salt
+ 20-30 pieces of rice paper
