I’m currently in the process of doing this. I currently have no codes but mpg was very low and after running the Dr. Prius app, it had determined that I had a bad module. I’m using the newer version of your charger and am currently having issues with the charger not wanting to go out of auto mode. Tenergy support is currently working on the problem. I’ve found 3 other suspect blades and since the Dr. Prius app didn’t find any other faults I’m going to try and recondition them. I’ve spent a lot of time researching this subject and I’m slowly coming to the conclusion that maybe biting the bullet and just purchasing a new oem pack is the best solution. These cars can last well over 300k and considering the cost of a new vehicle these days, it might make sense to spend the 2 to 3k on a new battery and call it a day. Of course this would be determined on the overall condition of the vehicle you’re working with. Very good video by the way. Precise information without all the fluff. Sometimes we just want the facts and in this case that’s what is desired. Thank you.

What can happen if I don’t balance out every battery cell? I replace one module and there all around the same amount of volts and resistance would this affect anything?
