Thank you! That was delightfully simple, clear, & complete. I've grown weary of "help" videos that are mainly done up to give the creator something to chatter about for 20 minutes, and the overload of talking takes away from the lesson. These are clean, brief, and right to the point. Bravo, Sir!

Nice thanks so much for the video I really appreciate it!! I've actually done this before already but I thought you would teach us something that I'm actually going to ask you a question about right here, right now. I've seen some people on the Internet share their screens while recording like they have their camera facing them while recording and they have a screen on their computer while recording (like a Google search tab, a KZitem tab, a Word Document tab, etc). Therefore, my question to you, is there any way to share my screen on Windows 10 while recording so that it can show 2 screens in one where one screen is of me talking to the audience and the other is of me showing the audience my thing on my computer (whether it be like I said a Google search tab, KZitem tab, etc)?
@jargonfreehelp

Thank you. Always nice to hear that. I often use that feature where you can see me but didn't do it here. The software I use and is the gold standard for this kind of thing is Camtasia, here is the link techsmith.z6rjha.net/zaqjq0 It lets you do lots of things like resize the webcam, make it disappear. Edit the video, add text and other graphics, also record voiceovers. It really is good and there should be a free download to try it. There are others but in the 13 years I've been making these tutorials nothing comes close to screen recording and editing with it.

@jeffstram5666

Not sure if you can play a video while recording video. You could try. I'm pretty sure you could record the audio portion of the KZitem item ahead of time, in a separate application. There are apps out there that record whatever audio is happening on your computer. Then Record yourself on the video camera. Then with a video editor, merge the audio bit into the soundtrack of your video, and fiddle with it until you like the result.
