what if you can't open Canva through the App?

Hi Kirk, I may not fully understand what you’re asking so just provide more detail if I don’t address your issue below and I’ll help if I am able to. Both the desktop version of Canva and the Canva app have the version history tool which allows you to restore an older version of a project. If it’s just a case of not being able to find a project you were working on then you have a few options: 1) If you think you accidentally deleted it, Canva keeps deleted files in the trash for 30 days before permanently removing them so you might be able to recover a project if you’re still in that window 2) For projects you just can’t find, use the search bar on the Canva home screen or elsewhere in Canva and then make sure you have the “Projects” tab selected so you are searching your own Projects and not Canva’s templates. Because of this feature it’s also nice to name your projects with something appropriate that you’ll remember, but I also encourage organizing your Projects into folders in a logical way for the the same reason - so you can easily find them later. If you don’t think you name it, remember that by default Canva usually names projects based on the template you launched so if it was a Presentation then search for “Presentation” and so on. 3) If you’re still struggling to find it, you also can also just search through your designs. If you do this via the Projects tab then you want to be searching under the “Designs” tab/subsection and then in the upper right you can change the way things are sorted and how they are displayed on screen. If you have some idea of the time frame you may have worked on the project then you can set the sort to “Newest Edited” and then, to the right of that, toggle to “List” view this way you can actually see the time the project was last edited listed on screen so that you can at least scroll back through your files to a time frame where you think you last worked on the file…. this might give you a slightly better chance of finding it. 4) As a last resort, if you have any final assets you downloaded from the project you may be able to upload those and be in a better position than starting from scratch. Best of luck. Cheers, Greg
