To anyone reading this, don’t forget to forgive yourself. Forgive yourself for the way you treated yourself in the past. For the way you talked to your body. For the way you vilified the way your mind worked when you were dealing with anxiety, or overthinking, or depression, or anything that was haunting it. Forgive yourself for the way you settled for less than what you wanted, or desired, or knew you needed, because you didn’t think you deserved it; because you convinced yourself, somewhere along the lines, that you were not worthy of beauty in life, that you were not worthy of happiness or goodness or having things you wanted come to fruition. Forgive yourself for the way you held yourself back because you didn’t believe in your own potential, because you didn’t believe in your capacity to take up space. Forgive yourself for all the things you didn’t say, or didn’t wear, or didn’t do because you were afraid of how it would make you look, because you were afraid of what others might think of you. Forgive yourself for the way you didn’t show up for yourself. For the ways in which you held yourself back, for the ways in which you didn’t see just how worthy you were. For the ways in which you made yourself smaller. Forgive yourself for the things you had to do in order to survive. For the ways in which you had to fight.

Thank you for shedding light on this as I feel that it's sort of stigmatised that it's bad or not appropriate when it should be normalised to share a real experience with others who share those same feelings and provide those healthy coping mechanisms. You're so strong. I know I could not handle being in your situation, and I really admire you for not only having the strength to continue through this, but also for sharing it to help other people. Also... this is the 4th time copying and pasting this same comment on your recent videos so she sees this: MADITA!!!! You should totally read the Ash Princess Trilogy!!!!!! It's the best series I've ever read and here are some things I'd think you'd like about it - Complex fantasy world with magic - Forbidden love - forced proximity - a whole bunch of 'le gasp' moments' - Lil bit of enemies to loves - A man who's actually super romantic and not toxic at all - The 'I'm supposed to kill you trope' - It will make you cry at the end of the last book - more cuddly scenes/cute scenes with less spice I've never cried over a book before until this one. I ugly cried so much Just this quote from the boy to the girl "You could ask me for the whole ocean and I'd find a way to give it to you. I simp for this man so much Also, you should read Wilder Girls because I really want to know your opinion on it. I hated it so much omg I think we have pretty similar reading tastes, so I think you would really like this series, and I created every book 5 stars Please like this comment so Madita sees this
