A delicious Red Lobster Copycat Crab Stuffed Mushrooms recipe that’s quick and easy
Prep time 15 minutes, Cook time 20 minutes, Serves 6
Ingredients:
1 lb. fresh button mushrooms
8 oz. crab claw meat
1/4 cup finely chopped celery
1small onion finely chopped (I prefer green onions)
1 small red pepper finely chopped
2 cups Saltine crackers - crushed (I prefer Ritz Crackers)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning (I prefer Cajun seasoning)
1/4 teaspoon freshly-ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 egg
1/2 cup water
Cooking Spray
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Combine celery, onion, pepper, crackers, 1/2 cup cheese, seasonings and egg. Mix well.

Remove stems and wash mushrooms.
Set stems aside to use for something else later.
Stuff the mushroom caps with the mixture and add a little cheese on top of each one.
Place mushrooms in a casserole dish sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake in oven for 20 minutes until cheese is lightly browned.
My preferences are optional.
